For two decades, Jerry Barnett has surrounded himself with a level of talent that other entertainment companies scramble to duplicate! Moments Notice was launched, featuring the dynamic sounds of Suzy Nelson. (Above; Jerry, Suzy and keyboardist Ron Jolly in the early 80's) As the bands popularity grew, so did Jerry's need to expand and find equally powerful singers to front his other groups. MNE/JBP enjoys a diverse collection of vocalists, who are able to cover every style and genre of music. Through the years, though some of the names on the roster have changed, one fact remains clear...It takes a very special talent to make the grade at Moments Notice Entertainment.

Suzy Nelson

Suzy's style and voice set the bar for all the singers that have followed at MNE/JBP. She attended Boston University's School for the Arts, where she received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in acting. She still performs at many special events and has a wide fan base of faithful followers.

Joe Sanford

Joe Sanford began performing with MNE in 1989, and is a high energy performer that can electrify an audience and take your party to the "next level". He has been leading MNE/JBP bands of all shapes and sizes since 1992. Joe is one of the most versatile vocalists in Colorado. Joe says "I enjoy music of many styles- rock, current music, swing, R&B, blues, etc. Performing with Moments Notice, I get to sing all of these and more!"

Becky Kelly - Barnett

Becky Kelly-Barnett (See "The JBO") This dynamic performer, is known as both a Caberet Diva and a powerful belter of Rock and R&B. Originally trained classically, as well as in theatre, she started performing with jazz bands in Denver and San Francisco, followed by an original music journey to Los Angeles. She also did a stint with The Legendary Nikators.

Alton Williams

Alton Williams A.K.A Al-Tune, (See "Al-Tune & the Kool Kompany") got his musical start as a young boy singing in his fathers church. He didn't begin performing profesionally until 1994, but since then has traveled the world, making an impression on everyone who witnesses his unbelievable energy and showmanship. Upon returning to Colorado in 1999, he formed a successful collaboration with MNE/JBP. Together they have entertained at some of the most prestigious functions in the nation, including President George W. Bush's Inaugural Ball. From Frank Sinatra, to Paul Simon, to Stevie Wonder, Alton just nails it!

Jennifer Burnett

Jennifer has traveled around the world performing for everyone from President George W. Bush to Ambassadors and Military troops to celebrity brides and grooms. (See "New Society") She performs with New Society, The Nelson Riddle Orchestra, and DKO.

Emma Saunar

Emma has been singing professionally for many years locally and nationally. She is well known and acclaimed for her tremendous range and versatility. Emma's stage presence and interaction with the audience are unbeatable!

Michael Caston

Michael Caston AKA Michael C, is a native of Chicago,where he honed his skills as an entertainer and athlete. He moved to Colorado on the early 80's. Michael has an awesome voice, and is a master at singing all styles of music. He is also an excellent drummer and percussionist. His debonaire looks, only add to his dynamic stage presence. Michael has been a top vocalist with MNE/JBP since 1996.

Kathy Albertson

Kathy hails from Washington, D.C., where she started out singing and playing guitar in Georgetown clubs. Since making Colorado her home many years ago, she has enjoyed musical success with many bands and groups that have opened for such talent as The Beach Boys, The Pointer Sisters, Smoky Robinson and The Temptations. She has been working for MNE for 12 years, and can be counted on to provide soulful renditions of everything from The Andrew Sisters to Alicia Keys.

Duane Lucas

Duane Lucas has been on the music sceen for over 20 years, performing for such acts as Alexander O'neal, the late Roger Troutman, Zapp, Shirley Murdock, Joe Bonner and more. Duane is an accomplished singer who is perfectly at home performing R&B, top 40, blues and jazz. He co-wrote, arranged and performed a number of songs with The Lazztistics Band for the movie "Women of San Quentin". Besides performing with "Full Tilt" and a number of JBP bands, Duane is a member of the talented "N3D" music production team.

Amy Rightmer

Amy Rightmer got her start singing professionally in musicals at the Aurora Fox Theater and the Denver Center for the Performing Arts. She has a BA in Musical Theater performance, from the University of Northern Colorado. Amy beautifully performs various vocal styles, including pop, jazz, top 40, blues, Latin, broadway and country. "I love that I can sing Natalie Cole, Jennifer Lopez and the B-52's, all in one gig!". Amy performs for the Arvada Center, appears in national commercials, and works in recording studios.

Dan Perkins

In high school, Dan Perkins juggled his life between formal vocal training, choir, piano, schoolwork and his other love, wrestling. He also brought a new genre of music into his life “jazz.” Besides performing with Moments Notice, Dan is also a member of the highly talented acappella group Grafitti Tribe. His vocal talent has frequently been compared to the likes of greats such as George Michael. Dan is definitely a force to be reckoned with.
